Xtreme Oilfield has been extremely focused on growth and delivery of their services throughout it’s existence that they have had minimal time nor direction in developing their core messaging and to bring their company branding up to date. Also, with an expanding team, they wanted to ensure their corporate culture and expectations were clearly outlined for new employees to continue the tradition they have worked so hard to build. Lastly, Xtreme was looking for efficient ways to reduce administrative time spent on communication with employees for Payroll, Safety training, Corporate announcements, etc and were looking to introduce updated technology into the office.
