Their goal is to make the buying and selling of real estate as effective and stress-free as possible while serving clients with the highest level of professionalism and loyalty. The Challenge
With starting out a new brand in a highly competitive and noisy market, it’s difficult to stand out and create a company people will remember. With loyal clients and little company exposure, Sara & Jessie were looking for a unique approach to attract more of their ideal clients.
With a pre-templated real estate website, they had very little control over changes to content, their brand and communication with clients.
The Solution
We created a customized and updated website design that was extremely user friendly so they were able to manage and control the content to establish their messaging and brand. This included heavy video creation and editing to create SJ TV to provide branded content for their website and social media that also had a positive impact on their search engine optimization.
We also created a strong brand identity and foundation for all of their marketing moving forward by creating “The Sara Jessie Advantage” which included their 10-Step Custom Marketing Formula for sellers. Even as the team grows, “The Sara Jessie Advantage” still maintains the foundation of everything they do.
With so much noise in the Real Estate market in Edmonton, the videos assisted with getting exposure as there were minimal agents using video at that time. We created corporate-style videos to use on Symphony Tower, which reached 100,000s of views. We also enhanced the videos with a custom PR campaign to increase the exposure and gained recognition locally.
